Hello! I have been a licensed loan officer since 2021, and became a mortgage broker in 2025. I have worked with hundreds of clients and am well versed in conventional, FHA, VA, DSCR, Fix and Flip, and many other kinds of loans. My true passion is knowledge, and how that translates to the homebuying experience is I truly enjoy educating my clients. When I do an initial pre-approval, I make sure to explain estimated closing costs, estimated monthly payments, and setting expectations from the beginning. The Realtors I partner with know that on any given day, if they are showing a client mutliple homes, I will pull the tax bill and insurance estimates for every house they want to see, and send an estimated worksheet for each house before the client walks in the door. I always want my clients to make an informed decision when they say “This is the house!”
My average days for submission to clear to close is 11.6 on conventional loans, and 12.4 on FHA loans, so my knowledge of guidelines and the underwriting process help to make sure my clients have the best experience possible.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, and traveling to new places around the world.
